Our Story
Launch Learn began in 2011 when our founder, having spent 15 years in corporate leadership roles, realized most training programs missed the mark. They were either too theoretical or too focused on personality types rather than actual skill-building. So she decided to do something different. Starting with just a handful of clients in Bucharest, we've worked with 347 leaders across Romania and beyond. Our methods have evolved, but our core belief hasn't: leaders develop best through honest feedback, real scenarios, and consistent practice.
